With the 2020 holiday season upon us we want to keep all of you in the loop with what is going on in the shop on a day to day basis. As of today, November 4th, 2020, we are still turning out custom radio straps and suspender orders in 7 weeks or less. All of our other products are shipping in 3 weeks or less. We have been putting in extra hours in the shop everyday to keep our turnaround times flowing smoothly and to get your orders out as fast as we possibly can. While we can not make any promises, we will be pushing hard thru November and December to get as many orders out as possible. Our guaranteed Christmas delivery cut off (2020) for radio straps and suspenders was November 1st but we will do our absolute best to get as many orders out as possible.We are also planning on having all of our other products shipping daily up until 12/18/2020. This is a tall order for us to fill but we are committed to helping you get your custom gifts in time to celebrate with your loved ones. If you have any questions, we ask that you give us a call or send us an email. We are in the shop 14+ hours a day this time of year and usually end up spending 1-2 additional hours a day responding to emails, texts, and social media messages so please be patient if we do not get back to your email or message right away. If it is an urgent matter, we recommend you give us a call. We have our shop phone on us Monday-Friday 9am to 4 pm EST but give us a call anytime as we are usually have our phone on us during these long holiday season hours.
